Coffee beans produced in Indonesia are to meet not only domestic\nconsumption but also global demand. This study focuses on investigating to what extent the performance of the coffee supply chain in\nIndonesia has been optimum and what factors contributing to the performance of coffee supply chain in Indonesia based on previous literature\nfindings. This research used mixed methods of qualitative and quantitative approach and applied a comparative study from relevant literature\nin the global context to determine the supply chain performance weights in one area of sampling. The performance of coffee supply chain\nwas measured in West Java area as one of coffee producers in Indonesia. The supply chain performance weight was identified using the \nSupply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach based on various supply chain performance attributes. The results showed that the score \nof supply chain performance for all attributes in West Java was 71 which equaled to “average” level.
