Pandemi memaksa perusahaan mengimplentasikan work from home, yang mengakibatkan konflik peran ganda bagi karyawan. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui metode survey. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini anlisis deskriptif untuk memetakan persepsi karyawan terhadap implementasi FWA dan apakah hal tersebut menimbulkan konflik antara peran bekerja dan keluarga.
