Transparency in reporting requires disclosure of data on the organization's financial performance as well as ethical, environmental, and social issues. As stated by Madhani (2008), one reason is that financial information complete revelation and transparency improves the effectiveness of capital share and help organizations to run reasonably, as well as, maximize the value of shareholder.
