E-Government is believed to play a fundamental role in achieving these ends. This study objective are to examines factors associated with the adoption of B2G e-government in Iraq and to determine the impacts of its adoption on these businesses by examining the effects of technology, organisational, and behavioural factors towards the utilization of the E-Government Adoption Model among Iraqi Business Organizations using moderating cultural factors in a quantitative exploratory approach. The study utilized listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange including banking, insurance, investment, and service and industrial companies, hotels, and corporate communications sectors.
