Abstract:

Terdapat lima mobile payment di Indonesia yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat: ShopeePay, OVO, Gopay, DANA, dan LinkAja. Kelima mobile payment tersebut berlomba-lomba memberikan kegunaan dan kemudahan yang hampir serupa. Mereka juga bekerja sama dengan berbagai kategori merchant atau mitra untuk mempermudah mereka menjangkau konsumen. Tetapi, kelima mobile payment tersebut memiliki fitur yang berbeda. Berdasarkan provinsi, pengguna mobile payment terbanyak adalah provinsi DKI Jakarta.
