Abstract:

The dataset provide the information about sensitivity scale of the Photodiode and the LDR as a water quality sensors in NTU scale. The testing equipment uses PVC pipe ¾ inches and purifies sensor consisting of a 5-mm LED light with 12 V as a 5-mm transmitter and photodiode with 5 V as a receiver. The distance between the photodiode and the LED is around 5 cm. The sensitivity scale testing is conducting to find out the value of the sensors against the changes of NTU values. The test is carried out on the test tube by adding some drops of 5 ml of NTU water which are given gradually to the tube. The water that is used as a reference for the system is the water with a value of 5 NTU. The samples taken were the water samples of the water with NTU value equal to 1 NTU, 5 NTU, 10 NTU, 20 NTU, 50 NTU and 100 NTU.
