Twenty-four, 5-week-old male Deutsche Denken Yoken mice (Mus musculus) were randomly divided into four groups: The normal chow diet group was fed a normal diet, and the HFD group was fed a high-fat diet (HFD). The HFD groups were fed with Moringa Oleifera (MO) leaf extract (MOLE) in a dose of 280 and 560 mg/kg body weight (BW)/day, respectively. The experiment was performed for seven weeks. Histological analysis was performed on the interscapular Brown adipose tissue (BAT). In this version, the data consisted of 200 images grouped into two classes, the normal and HFD.
